Return Window


 

  • U.S. customers: 30 days from delivery
  • International customers: 30 days from delivery, unless local laws require otherwise
    (e.g., EU consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right)


Eligibility

 

Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.


How to Request a Return

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Order Cancellations


Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided fulfillment has not begun.


Once processing or shipping has started, orders cannot be canceled.


Inventory-Related Issues


If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, customers will be offered:


  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A full refund
